A Study on the Experience of Participation in Self-sufficiency Program of 20s poverty youth

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to identify the meaning of phenomenon by the experience of participating in self-sufficiency program of 20s poverty youth. The 20 poorest youths participating in self-sufficiency program have experienced child poverty and are also working poverty. We derived 8components. and 21subcomponets from statements of deep interview of 6participants through the phenomenological method. The components are as follows: "Dysfunction of father role and loss of family function", "Mother is the only fence", "Support for life subsided by public support", "Accumulation of unhealthiness is the red signal of social life", ¡°Sad about the reality that I want to escape",¡±Positive attitude and attitude after the participation of self-sufficiency program", ¡°The exit of poverty through self-sufficiency center and hope for self-overcoming. Poverty youth who participate in the self-sufficiency program have a different age, education level and health status compared to the existing age groups. And for poverty youth, the self-sufficiency program is a 'stepping bridge' as a time for the opportunity to fully live as a member of society and to prepare and prepare for capacity. Local self-sufficiency centers are required to carry out various programs in order to raise the resilience of overcoming poverty youth through self-sufficiency project. We would like to suggest that young people in poverty need to work for sustainable jobs to live a healthy life as members of society.
